At All Phase Plumbing, we provide Seattle and the surrounding areas with trenchless pipe repair and replacement services. Trenchless technology allows our team to quickly repair and replace your pipes without any excavation. While excavation is necessary in certain situations and still used today, it is not always a practical method of sewer and drain repair. Excavation is a time consuming process that often leaves properties with excess damage that places stress on home and business owners. Our team at All Phase Plumbing is made up of industry experts who provide you with viable pipe repair and replacement options you will be satisfied with.
Signs Your Pipes Need Inspection
Your sewer and drain pipes should be treated like any other household appliance and attended to regularly. Residential and commercial pipes are used all day everyday to service families, friends, guests, customers, employees, and more which makes them susceptible to problems. If you are experiencing problems like sewer backup, consistent clogs, slow flushing drains, flooding, or complete blockages, it could indicate that your pipe’s need inspection, repair, or replacement.
Sewer Camera Inspections
The most reliable way to find out what is going on within your pipes is through sewer camera inspection. Sewer camera inspection is conducted at every property we service to establish the most effective form of repair or replacement for Washington pipes. The process begins with our team locating the clean out hole on your property. Once the clean out hole is established and provides us with access to your pipes, we will insert a high-definition camera into your pipeline. Depending on the diameter of your pipe, the camera will either be attached to a flexible rod or sewer camera transporter. As the camera moves through your pipelines, it will reveal vital details that will show if your pipes needs repair or replacement. If we notice cracks or corrosion occurring within your pipeline, we will recommend pipe repair. If the inspection reveals severely damaged or completely collapsed pipes, we will recommend pipe replacement.
Why Trenchless Technology is the Best Option for Your Seattle Property
At All Phase Plumbing, we use trenchless technologies because they allow our industry professionals to replace a single section of your pipe or several pipelines within your system.
There are two types of trenchless technologies we specialize in:
Trenchless Pipe Repair
Trenchless pipe repair, also known as pipe lining, is a form of repair that involves saturating a felt liner with a special epoxy mix. When the felt liner is completely saturated, we will insert it into your drain, which we will have previously cleaned with hydro jetting technology. As the felt liner is pushed through your pipe, it coats the interior walls of your pipe. The liner is left in place so the coating can harden to form a new pipe within your existing one. Once the process is complete, the liner will be removed and your pipes will be inspected one more time to ensure that your brand-new pipe is securely in place.
Trenchless Pipe Replacement
Trenchless pipe replacement, also known as pipe bursting, is a service where your sewer and drain pipes can be replaced without dig-and-replace methods. Pipe bursting requires two access points to be dug: one for entry and one for exit. The pipe bursting process begins with our team choosing a bursting head that matches the diameter of your current pipelines and attaching a new pipe to the bursting head. The bursting head and pipe are inserted into the entry hole and using hydraulic power, they are moved through your existing pipeline. As the bursting head moves through your damaged pipe, it breaks it up into little pieces and pushes them into the surrounding soil. When the process is complete, the bursting head will be removed from the exit point and there will be a new pipe in place of your hold pipe. Our team will fit the new pipe to your existing system and the access points will be refilled.
