Sewer Repair in Seattle
Traditional excavation remains one of the most effective methods for Sewer Repair in Seattle, particularly when the damage is extensive or underground access is limited. This process involves carefully excavating the affected section to directly access the damaged pipes.
While excavation can be more invasive than trenchless methods, it provides direct access for precise repair or full pipe replacement ensuring your system is restored with accuracy and durability.
At All Phase Plumbing, our crew is fully equipped and trained to handle excavation-based sewer repairs safely and efficiently. We work diligently to minimize property disturbance, complete repairs promptly, and restore your yard or landscape as neatly as possible once the job is done.

Common reasons for excavation sewer repair in Seattle include:
- Severely collapsed or broken sewer lines
- Pipes shifted by soil movement or earthquakes
- Severe root intrusion that cannot be cleared
- Large-scale corrosion or aging metal piping
Seattle Trenchless Sewer Repair
Looking for a cleaner, faster, and less invasive solution? Seattle Trenchless Sewer Repair is the answer. Using modern plumbing technology, we can repair or replace damaged sewer lines without tearing up your yard, driveway, or landscaping.
This innovative process involves creating small access points at each end of the sewer line. Specialized equipment then installs a durable pipe liner or replacement pipe inside the existing line creating a seamless, long-lasting fix.
Benefits of Trenchless Sewer Repair in Seattle:
- Minimal digging and surface disruption
- Faster completion time than traditional repair
- Cost-effective by avoiding yard or driveway restoration
- Durable materials that resist future root intrusion and corrosion
Whether you need pipe bursting, relining, or spot repair, All Phase Plumbing provides professional trenchless sewer repair designed for Seattle’s soil and weather conditions.

What Our Customers Say About All Phase Plumbing
Posted on Crystal PalermoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Horrible absolutely horrible!! Don’t waist your time or money with this company. They need to really closed down until they get better employees and management. No care or sense of urgency. Company is un organized the employees are lazy. I have a leak and still have a leak. The person they sent over made me and my husband feel like it was a bothersome he was here to help. And he even told my husband that his company doesn’t pay him enough to crawl in crawl spaces. And as soon as I opened the crawl door my husband had like 5 mouse traps for caution. You could tell they had been there for like 5 to 10 years, cause the traps were really old looking no mice in them no rats in them. Some might’ve been triggered by maybe me stomping on the floor or something. The guy looked at them said I don’t do mice or rats and I’m like ok There’s none in there so go ahead. He went halfway in the crawl space and literally jumped back and said that he heard a mouse or a rat. Talked to my husband abt running a new line to avoid going under house and would email us an estimate. I didn’t receive one that day. so called office I I called office next morning day 2, was hoping it was a bad employee not the company. The lady that answered said she knew what I was talking abt and would get that estimate over to us. And have the manager call me. Not an I am sorry or even that she was shocked as to what I was telling her. Now Day three still no call or estimate. of course didn’t wait three days so I called another company. Day 2 They came crawled right up underneath the house. They did see two mummified rats, but they had been there for like years. He said at least 10 years. Andy’s plumbing really great guy, went under didn’t see any fresh activity of rodents. So the employee from all phase plumbing was a liar to top everything off. The leak is not even under the house, but still no estimate from all phase or a call from The manager and they was the first plumber we called. Worst company ever can’t believe they are actually in service.Posted on Aleen PinedaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The team at all phase were super! The team and Larry are so helpful! He wanted to save us money so he went on FaceTime and guided us through step by step and solved our problem without charging us any ‘money. He is courteous and professional. We highly recommend this company.Posted on Wilhelm OsternTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jason and Raymond were tremendous! They reviewed my issues, and went to work with great professionalism. They resolved most issues, as the others were out of there scope (and deeper problems). Providing a report with images, was tremendous, thus better understanding what was completed, and what the solutions are for the other parts. They were great. Thank you, w/Posted on M. Both were very polite and helpful. Nice Guys !!!!!Posted on Smita BalasubramanianTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After a previous company had failed to resolve the issue, I called All Phase Plumbing. They came out on the day of the appointment, a tad ahead of schedule, provided excellent communication throughout, explained everything in detail, took care of the job, all in one visit. Caesar was great. He seems to know his stuff, was patient and friendly and provided a great experience overall. Definitely recommend them!
